I have been working in different capacities in the counseling for over 20 years. I am struck, again and again, by the profound transformation and healing that happens when one is able to be completely honest with one self and take that first step towards transformation. Most importantly, when you feel truly and completely held, witnessed and heard in the therapeutic process. As your Therapist, it is this marvel and respect that I have brought to and strive to continue to bring into all of my therapeutic client relationships.
